La lampe Kompa reprend la forme d’une potence et se déploie dans l’espace selon son aménagement. Par une simple fixation en un point au mur, cette barre lumineuse en bois façonné transforme en trois mouvements l’atmosphère. Mr. & Mr. invente un objet qui se déploie à 180 degrés et qui joue du grand écart pour créer un rythme lumineux efficace. Kompa habite l’espace par sa présence de jour comme de nuit.
Totemic lighting. The Kompa lamp takes the form of a retractable, articulated rod that can be adapted to the space surrounding it. By virtue of single wall mounting, this luminous arm in shaped wood is capable of rapidly modulating the lighting of a given space. Mr.&Mr.’s invention can be extended to a 180° angle and utilizes the large spaces separating its components in order to orchestrate a high-octane pattern of lighting. Its design means that the Kompa lamp interacts with its surroundings by day and by night.
